This week in Austin – 9/21

We’re approaching the end of September, and what a way to end it. The weather has been nothing short of spectacular and this week’s festivities are some of the most anticipated for the season.
Another week, another nod to the following events:
- Austin Data Mob will meet on Tuesday night. Hosted at Conjunctured, roll-up your sleeves and get ready to promote Austin.
- Also on Tuesday, check out the Austin C/C++ meet-up at BB Rover’s Cafe & Pub.
- Buzz has been building fast for this week’s TechCrunch party at Pangea. I’ve never been a fan of Pangea – kind of reminds me of Dallas/L.A. too much; but I guess I can dig the go-go cage girls. Drawing people from all over the state and surrounding areas, this sounds like the event to be scene – well, at least for this week. Thursday is jammed packed with TechCrunch/Austin Venture love. Make sure to check out the Austin Roundtable: The Web Starts At The Grassroots session earlier in the afternoon. Oh, and don’t forget the after parties.
- For those looking for a break to the tech madness, Austin City Limits Music Festival begins on Friday. Will definitely be using Twitter and sched.org to figure out where to be. Come find me!
Once again, lots of goodness keeping the city busy. Let me know where you’ll be.
